Entering an information while the dropdown box is open (7), will save it in the list for future

use. If needed, a record can be demarked to have it not save in the database (8). After

editing all individuals, press OK to save the data. Then you are prompted for deletion of

the instrument memory to have it ready for new readings. The measurement results

appear on the screen.

Press the button "QC Reports" (9) to find the list of the various Excel workbooks:

Select the required report by double click (10) or highlight and press "OK". Every workbook

includes a toolbar which allows to switch between different graphs (11). Press the "Run

Filters" button (12) to open the list of your routine reports and select the required filter (13):
